Bought the car over a month ago. Very easy sales process, Usman was very responsive but more importantly continues to be responsive after the sale. I had a very minor issue with the windscreen wipers and he was very accommodating with helping me resolve the issue. With no doubts I would buy from here again.

A very friendly and professional outfit. From the moment we arrived we were free to take as long as we liked to inspect the car. There was no pressure to hurry the process and definitely no silly salesman techniques to try and force a sale. There was no need. The car sold itself as the quality and value represented was clear to see from the outset. Shafiq was very honest about the vehicle we bought and the after sales service has been above and beyond what we have experienced elsewhere and I can’t recommend Autohauss enough. I would definitely buy from them again.

Highly recommended. Saw the advert. Called Shafiq, who got back to me in time. Sent me the videos of the car as I couldn’t travel to Rochdale. Satisfied with the car and paid a deposit. Went in person to meet Shafiq and to see the car. The car was neat and prepared well. I also met his son Usman who is a calm, composed and customer focused trader. He showed me all the features in the car in detail and made me feel confident to drive my car back to my home. It has been 3 days and I am happy with the purchase. I am yet to take the car to MOT and I don’t think there will be anything to worry too much about as it doesn’t have any major known issues base on history check. I am sure they will keep growing and give more confidence to the customers in the future by having the AA approved sticker or something similar. All the best to both Shafiq and Usman.
